Claims Review

• We provide regular loss runs throughout the year for current policy term and monitor for activity
• We provide updated status reports on open claims
• We assist in communication (questions, problems) with claims adjuster
• We review and monitor all open claims in prior policy terms still impacting experience modification (X-Mod) calculation
• We review owner controlled insurance programs (OCIPs) obtain and monitor status on all open claims, and review claims reporting for Unit Stat filing
• We hold claims review prior to Unit Stat Filing
• We forecast X-Mod to correspond with Normal Anniversary Date
• We trend losses (severity, frequency)
• We Review X-mod for accuracy
   

Claims Management

• We conduct an Employer School for key personnel
• We help you set up a Return-to-Work program
• We assist in setting up working relationship with industrial clinics
